Returns & Refunds

At byadel we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality garments and a luxury shopping experience. Each piece is crafted with care, and many of our designs are limited edition or made-to-order.

In accordance with consumer law, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items and request a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • All tags, packaging, and hygiene seals must remain intact
  • Items must be returned in their original condition

Please note:

  • Custom-made items, final sale, and archive pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Swimwear returns will only be accepted if the hygiene seal remains attached and unbroken.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the return.

For international orders, we offer store credit or exchange for eligible returns, provided they are:

  • Returned within 5 days of receipt
  • Unworn, unused, and unwashedIn their original packaging with hygiene seals and tags intact

Refunds are not offered for international orders unless required by local law.

All SALE, ARCHIVE, and CUSTOM-MADE items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

At byadel we pride ourselves on delivering a premium product. Each product is personally inspected by the owner before packing and shipping to ensure the highest quality. In the unlikely circumstance your item is faulty please email our customer service team within 14 business days. 

If you believe your item is defective:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@byadel.com with your order number and photos of the fault.
  2. Our team will review your case and confirm eligibility for a replacement, repair, or refund.
  3. Return instructions will be provided. We will cover return shipping costs for faulty items.
  4. Once we receive the item, we will process your replacement or refund promptly.

We take quality very seriously and will ensure your issue is resolved as quickly as possible.

 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
